Stork Technical Services and AkzoNobel Delfzijl sign five-year maintenance agreement | 130.94KB | Download |
On October 1, 2011, Stork Technical Services signed a Technical Service Agreement with AkzoNobel Industrial Chemicals to carry out maintenance work, project activities and maintenance stops at the Chemical Park Delfzijl (The Netherlands) for another five years.
Since the takeover of the Technical Division of AkzoNobel Delfzijl by Stork Technical Services in October 2006, Stork has once again consolidated its position for another five years with the extension of this existing five-year maintenance contract. Stork Technical Services has been operating at the Chemical Park Delfzijl for many years and, in recent years, has further specialized in maintaining and performing maintenance stops. This has resulted in various multi-year contracts with the companies established at the Chemical Park Delfzijl. With the tremendously wide package of services offered and thanks to its presence at the Delfzijl location, Stork Technical Services has once again proven its added value for the regional industry in Groningen with its Thinking & Doing approach.
According to Fester Oosterhuis, Site Manager for AkzoNobel in Delfzijl: “Offering an integrated service package in which everyone from the various Stork Business Lines works together with our staff ensures an optimal end result for both parties.”
The signed “Technical Activities Delfzijl Agreement”, fits perfectly with Stork’s strategy, the focus of which lies on long-term relationships with its customers and the ensuing integral collaboration between both parties.
